Dr. JacobsTeresa Jacobs, MD

Board certified in Sleep Medicine, Dr Jacobs uses her experiences in primary care, pulmonary medicine, and the intensive care unit in making a thorough assessment of a patient’s situation. Dr Jacobs carefully listens to her patients and believes that closely working together with them achieves the best results. She provides clear information about treatment choice to guide in identifying the best option for their individual circumstance. Dr Jacobs works closely to coordinate care with other providers. She is interested in all aspects of sleep health, focusing adolescent and adult patients.                                        

Dr Jacobs devotes her personal time to her husband and daughter. She is involved in her daughter’s school, raising their small dogs, and with The Seattle Choral Company, singing tenor and volunteering on fund-raising projects. She enjoys walking, relaxing with friends, and discovering new activities as a family.

Morris B. Chang M.D.

Born in Illinois and raised in Kansas, Morris Chang, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Kansas for college and medical school. He completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Vermont, a neurology residency at Dartmouth in New Hampshire and fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and sleep medicine at the University of Washington, with additional sleep medicine training at Hennepin County Medical Center in the University of Minnesota system. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Read more

 

Daniel Clerc, M.D., FAAFP

Dr. Clerc practices sleep medicine with a holistic, comprehensive approach to care. Additionally, he has published articles relating to the field of sleep medicine, has lectured nationally on a wide variety of topics within sleep medicine, and he has delivered numerous lectures to sleep medicine professionals as well as the community at large.
